My Story
I’m Lorenzo, a 33-year-old somatic therapist from Italy.
For years, I lived and worked in a system that didn’t really feel like mine.
The speed, the pressure to be productive, the constant doing — something in me started to crack.
I began to feel lost, disconnected, even anxious.
Not because I was broken, but because I needed something different.
I didn’t want to keep surviving. I wanted to feel. To breathe.
So I followed that feeling.
Slowly, step by step, it led me here — to Lanzarote.
A volcanic island. Raw. Wild. Real.
This place resonates with my rhythm: the sun, the wind, the ocean, the silence.
Now I live in a house in Playa Blanca and offer my sessions in a way that feels more honest — to me, and to those I work with.

How I work
I studied massage therapy and bodywork in Italy, and over the years I’ve trained in various techniques — from Rolfing to Postural Integration to emotional release work.
I created my own way of working, based on listening through the hands.
My massage is not just technical: I use my hands to feel emotional, postural and energetic tensions in your body — and gently release them.
In my somatic coaching sessions, I do the same work but through voice, breath and observation.
I listen to your posture, your words, and your body signals to help you reconnect and come back to yourself.
