Empathy over repetition

Many professionals in the wellness field tend to Focus on accumulating techniques, certifications, and theoretical concepts.

My journey has taken a different path.

Since the beginning,

I’ve been more interested in learning how to feel  rather than just how to perform.

I’ve studied techniques such as Deep Tissue, Postural Gymnastics, and Bioenergetics, but my deepest training came through the body itself — through Interoception, through listening to the sensations beneath the skin.

When a therapist truly listens, the client’s body feels safe and when the body feels safe,

it begins to release, reorganize, and return to balance.
