Most people try to feel better by thinking more...they try to understand, fix, control,
but often, the real disconnection is not only in the mind. It’s in the body.
When you feel tense, overwhelmed or stuck, it’s not just a mental state.
It’s something happening physically: in your breath, in your muscles, in your nervous system.
And the more you move away from that, the more you lose contact with yourself.
This is where the work begins.
Through Restoring Touch Therapy and Somatic Coaching, the goal is simple:
help you come back into contact with all your body and feeling gradually more relaxed and alligned.
Restoring Touch Therapy works through touch.
By releasing tension in the connective tissue, the body can gradually reorganize itself.It becomes softer, more aligned, more at ease and when the body changes, your perception changes too...you start to feel yourself again.
Somatic Coaching works through words and presence.
It’s a guided process where you slow down, bring attention to what you feel and learn to stay with it, not to fix it, but to reconnect with it.
Both approaches lead exactly in the same direction.
Not adding something new, but allowing your system to return to a more natural state.
Because feeling better is not something you force.
It happens when your body is no longer holding the same level of tension and you become able to stay in contact with yourself...
