After reading the articles on pleasure, depression and returning to the body, you might be wondering:
“Okay, but how do you actually start to feel again?”
One of the most effective answers I’ve found in both personal and professional experience is: through the body... and through touch.
What happens during a Rebalancing Touch session?
Rebalancing Touch is a deep yet gentle massage that works on the body in an intuitive, present, and respectful way—without forcing anything.
It’s not a mechanical technique, but a deep listening that makes contact with:
physical tensions (muscular, postural, related to breathing);
emotions held in the tissues;
unconscious habits that misalign the body and block the natural flow of pleasure and vitality;
Through slow pressure, mindful touch, gentle mobilizations, and authentic presence, the body can release what is no longer needed, rediscover its center, and start to breathe again.
Why does it work?
Because it doesn’t correct—you could say, it re-educates. Rebalancing Touch doesn’t impose a posture.It helps the body remember how to feel good within itself, allowing a new balance to emerge between structure and pleasure.
Every session is different, because every body is unique, but the common thread in each one is this:
letting go of the struggle, and returning to a sense of wholeness.
It's not about figuring everything out.
It's about letting go of control—just for an hour—and seeing what happens.
The body already knows what to do. You just need to come back.
