When you feel bad, you're strong, but when you feel good… fragility shows up.

Have you ever noticed that when you feel bad — when everything inside seems to tell you to give up, to let go, to fall — a kind of inexplicable strength often emerges?
A part of you wakes up, clenches its teeth, fights, reacts. It’s as if in the middle of the crisis, a powerful energy surfaces that keeps you on your feet, silently saying: “I’m not going down.” And maybe you’re not saying it out loud, but you feel it. You’re doing it. It’s as if the pain itself calls up a side of you that refuses to collapse.
And then, paradoxically, when things start to get better, when your body relaxes, when the tension begins to release and your mind feels lighter, that’s exactly when fragility can show up. Right in that open space, where you could finally enjoy how good you feel, a more sensitive, delicate part of you emerges — not to consolidate the wellbeing, but afraid of losing it, as if it’s not used to being there, as if it doesn’t fully trust that feeling good can last.
It’s as if the badass part of you and the fragile one can never really live in the same body at the same time . One turns on when the other switches off.
Strength activates in crisis. Fragility rises in balance.
But maybe the point isn’t choosing between those two parts....
The point is to integrate them, allow them to meet, create a space inside you where they can both exist without excluding each other, because true strength isn’t the one that rejects fragility — it’s the one that knows how to stay even when fragility shows up;
and true fragility isn’t the one afraid of feeling good — it’s the one that’s no longer afraid of standing.
The body knows all of this. It shows you every time you move from contraction to release. Every time a pain calls up resistance and then, a little later, surrender. Every time one part tightens and the other one opens.
You don’t need to correct yourself. You don’t need to pick a side.
You just need to learn how to listen to both,
because both of them… are you.
